Mojo Coffee opened in June 2020 in Downtown Hoboken with the goal to create a cafe that reflected and inspired the community. Mojo Coffee is committed to serving unique, speciality coffee with a unique seasonal menu of flavored lattes & cold brews. At Mojo, there's something for everyone! The matcha must depend on who is making it or they have made improvements because I had a matcha yesterday that was very good and was not watery at all like other pictures I saw in reviews. The guy behind the counter made it perfectly and was very nice, in general. We also had a Funfetti scone of some sort which was honestly delicious. I would go back for sure.

I popped into Mojo this afternoon looking for a quick pick me up. The girl working asked me a few questions to help me figure out what to order. I appreciated her guidance and settled on a classic iced latte with oat milk. It was delicious. The space was filled with folks working and enjoying their beverages. I’ll definitely be back!

For any matcha lovers, read this review first. After coming to MOJO four times and this being my fifth time coming to MOJO with being the first time actually ordering a matcha, it was not my favorite. The experience interacting with the staff is stale with low appreciation on making their drinks, specifically their matcha, with love. As for the lemon poppy, I loved it!!! For any matcha lovers — it’s ranks that the bottom. It tastes to “milky” and not “matcha-ie”.

It was storming so we ran in here since it was right nearby and I’m glad we ran into it. The place is super nice, I loved the aesthetic and it was cool that we could enjoy the view from inside. We ordered the blackberry matcha which tasted nice but the quality of the matcha wasn’t the best so I wouldn’t get it again. The environment and the service were really good though and I definitely plan to return to try their coffee.

Came in excited to see a new place opened in downtown jersey city. I love trying new coffee shops, especially non-chains. I tried their maple cold brew with a splash of oat milk and a croissant and the croissant was fluffy and a solid 8/10 to perfection. I've had better at French cafes but that's pretty close! The cold brew was DELICIOUS. There is some seating, pretty lively, people meeting and working on laptops. It's a big enough space they could add more chairs and tables too. Great location with lots of foot traffic. Clean. Great coffee! And there's even a bathroom (so rare to find)
